Overall very good condition. Has nice heavy US plate and both tin liners. Is stamped (by maker)as pic shows J.B. Thaxter Portland Maine 1862. There is one leather hoop broken on right buckle as pic shows. But we have the buckle! Very nice early civil war collectible!
