I can’t make out what it’s signed but my guess is it’s Mexican. It’s really a cool necklace! Research prices on anything similar to this and you’ll be shocked! I was.  Google lens’s actually calls it “Cleopatra Style”. Others call it “Modernist”. Either way this is a beauty!!
