Not sure of maker. What I do know is the several decoys in this auction all came from Michigan 26 years ago when folks moved here. Now they moving back and getting rid of these wonderful items. This decoy is solid, heavy and nice! Yes there is some paint loss in places; especially on back and one side of head. It’s great!
