The painting is done very nicely and in fabulous condition. Christine Slade was born in 1943. This work is dated 1980. And yes, you can research her. Most of her art sold was on mutual Art which I’m not a member of so weren’t able to see what her paintings sell for. No damage at all to canvas. One small piece in frame missing I’m pointing to. Sticker on back with additional info.
