Wow!!! Any of you folks with the means need to research this artist thoroughly! I did. There is not a lot on him and the few I did find were miniatures. And a couple of those were in the 2-3k estimated value! This is a gorgeous watercolor in excellent condition signed Newcombe with the old paper label on back as found. It came out of a very old estate in Clearwater where many items in this auction came from. Dimensions are in pics. I believe it’s the original oak frame as well which does have some dings to it. But here you are bidding on a rare listed artist that may just be better than a grand slam! Research and decide for yourself.
