I don’t know a thing about these. I’m not sure if it’s complete or not although I can tell you there isn’t a horn. The case is in absolutely beautiful condition as pics show. I can’t tell you if it’s in working condition or not. I will say I cranked the handle just a little and locked into place so appears to me that part of it works.
