Just the way it came from estate! Nothing added/nothing taken out! There was a separate box with gold & silver in it but when I looked at this and went to pull out a couple strings I said a Big NOPE! Not doing it! I did see a couple pair earrings that were on top which you see in pic. It appears it’s one massive big ball of necklaces.
