This is a beauty! Only label/writing on it is at top which says Empire State Royal. In fine print below that is Thos J Gleason, NY. I tried researching but couldn’t find what I was looking for. The mixed woods are beautiful including what appears to be a Birdseye maple. This mandolin is extremely lightweight. Unfortunately there is a crack on neck which I’m pointing to. Looks like an easy repair to me though I wouldn’t attempt it. I think it’s a real good one and probably more valuable than I ever thought.
