This piece is really old. It’s unmarked so can’t help you there. It appears to be complete to me. When working, it appears the gears drove all the metal rods which ran the legs. Pretty cool piece. It does not work. Perhaps wound tight?? I didn’t mess with it. Just as we found it. 

We will work with you if pickup can’t be made on Thursday. Friday (12:00-3:00) is the only other time until I get back from Vacation; about 2 weeks. Will hold for you to pick up (or ship) if we don’t hear from you by 2:00 pm on Friday but payment still must be made. Thank you.
