Now don’t laugh at me when I say this. This quilt was in an air tight plastic container when I picked it fresh from a great local estate. And there was a small note attached inside stating “From The Revolutionary War”. Now, I can’t find what I did with the note! 😡. It was just on old paper stating that with no name, Etc.  I asked the owner about it and was told this quilt came from her grandmother and that note was on it then. Most likely it did Not come from there. I wouldn’t have a clue. I only know it’s really old and my favorite. Notice the cutout corners; just at the top. It does have wear with tears. I guess I would too if I was as old as this. Lovely old quilt!
