The folks we purchased it from told us 3 things: it’s the real deal that they bought years ago in Brimfield, MA; that it works: and it needs the volume switch (included) reattached. It’s complete, has a gorgeous case, and displays beautifully. We didn’t try to play it (in all honesty, don’t know how & didn’t want to force anything) so we’re listing it As Found. Great piece!
