This piece of history and folk art is great!! If you are into country, primitives, or Folk Art, this beauty is for you! How would you ever put a price on something like this? See all pics and then tell me this isn’t one of the coolest pieces you’ve seen in a long time. The brass hardware and locks are great! The workmanship that went into every detail is great! The carvings. The design. There’s just so much more to it than appearance. I didn’t even know until I got it home that some or all of it were made out of old wooden advertising crates. See bottom in pic! Carved in and dated 1891 top right as pic shows, along with a bird carved in beside it. It’s definitely that old; Not any kind of repro! Check out the back. Solid as can be. There is absolutely no damage or pieces missing here folks. Just an incredible piece of history! Measures 33 1/2” tall X 6” deep X 17” wide.
