Once again Boys Gone Pickin’ have lost their marbles! If you folks remember from the last couple of auctions, we had cleaned out a huge warehouse/oversized garage/shed in Silver Springs. The owner’s folks kept everything and stored it away for years. They passed years ago and the son moved in. He lived there for years while basically never going into this area. He decided to sell the property and move, and he called us. 
There had to have been 250+ boxes similar to what you see here. We had no room to bring it all home so we rented a nearby storage unit. Now…We are getting so many calls that we haven’t been able to touch the rest of this. These boxes are just the way we hauled them out of the shed. Nothing was picked over. The stuff we listed in the last couple of auctions were boxes we took at random one at a time. We have NO clue (if you can imagine the quantity here) what’s in every box! These folks lived in Okinawa, Japan during the war and got a lot of stuff from there. You will see in some pics evidence of that. And then of course there’s just tons of collectibles and items as well. We gave it much thought as to how to start downsizing this enormous load but just can’t and don’t have the time with the calls we are getting now. We want to take care of our customers and potential customers as well. Whoever ends up buying this unit is going to have a field day going through it!! Fun! 
As far as cleaning it out…It does NOT have to be done in one day, nor does it need to be done on pick up day! It’s our unit, which we are keeping. It is located 2 minutes from my house; where pick up is at. Winner can make arrangements for pickup by calling me, Peter. We DO ask however that the unit gets paid for on auction pickup day AND you have 7 days to take it all. We need the storage unit space to bring more in from our incoming calls. I believe this is all more than a reasonable request.
