When I saw this guy from a distance I thought it was a State Record! Silly me! I did think it was pretty cool and yup…I brought it back to now offer you. It’s two pieces, the back is a cover. It would make either a great planter or litter box. 😂. Or simply just use it as I have in my driveway; as decoration. I’m not sure what it’s made out of. Not plastic, not resin, not rubber, not metal.  Heavy and solid. I’d guess some type of fiberglass. Detail is great throughout. There are a couple cracks in him and one small piece pushed in which is there but probably just from being outside.
