This 12 Gauge shotgun appears to be in beautiful condition throughout. Only tiny bit of issue is a chip off bottom of butt plate as shown in pics. The entire wood/grain is beautiful. Not a scratch on it. Bluing is great. Very slight pit marks but smooth & shiny on barrel. Real nice solid Remington. With case shown.
