I can’t make out the artists last name. First name is Mark.  This is #524 of 650. Appears upon further inspection to be a watercolor. No guarantees. Either way this is a typical scene I’m very familiar with coming from Maine myself. It’s in beautiful condition and had been wrapped in bubble wrap for several years we know of. 26 1/2” X 22”.
