Incredible!!! I just found this guy on bottom of box of salt n peppers as I am still unpacking/listing those! This is a great NASA tin litho Astronaut by Marx. 1968. I did look it up to find only one that sold as a buy it now on EBay for well over 500.00! Check yourself. Yes, that one was working. This one is not. Not sure why. There were no batteries in it and to me the compartment looked clean. So I went and bought two C batteries and put in. Nothing. The on/off switch is working fine and as it should. Maybe a lil corrosion in the switch? I’m not good with getting anything working..Ever but I believe this would be a simple fix (and worth it for one of you)! He is missing the antenna or whatever on head (as the one on EBay sold is also missing)but that’s it. Complete and solid. Great RARE piece to add to your collection!
