This Barrister stacking bookcase is in beautiful condition. It is solid wood and heavy but not positive on wood. Looks like it’s on the mahogany side but I know it’s not mahogany either. It is hardwood. Banded sides. Like the first stunning antique Globe Wernicke listed at beginning of auction, I can’t find a name on this one. I know it’s not as old as the Globe Wernicke but am sure it’s been around quite a while. All glass is good and all slide properly. Measures 34” wide X 12” deep X 70” tall. It’s a beauty!
