This is a first for me. This Authentic and working Vintage Omega mens Watch was personalized for the new owner. Probably a retirement or presentation Watch is my guess. The numerals on face are Joseph D Cooke. I’ve never seen something like this. As stated, it is in running condition and appears to be nice condition overall. The crystal is pretty nice but does have some scratching.
