Disclaimer: This is an old home that has been sitting empty for a long time. Some items are dusty/dirty and need to be cleaned. See pictures as most items are in good condition. This is a 2 story home. There is a door on second floor that goes right outside and has 5 steps down for furniture. We will also have help there on pickup day.

Items will require payment before shipping is processed. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping which will include a shipping/handling fee of $2 to $5 depending on what we are packing.
Invoices are sent at end of auction. Please make sure you have finished bidding and/or winning items before paying. Invoices will have all items won, pick up address, and dates/times to pickup listed on top right side. Emails may not always go through. As a bidder it is your responsibility to check. You can find your invoices through the "auction invoices" tab in your account.
