This is NOT an indoor/outdoor area rug. It is an indoor area rug. It was moved outside for pictures only due to its large size. It is a custom berber weave carpet measuring 136" X 110" (approximately 11'4" X 9'2"). It is in wonderful condition with no stains. The underpad is also included.
