A Wedgwood limited edition 2006 WGC World Cup Golf Invitational commemorative vase. The trophy vase was made to commemorate the 2006 WGC World Cup Invitational golf tournament played in the Barbados.  24 countries competed and each country sent two players. The German team of Bernhard Langer and Marcel Siem won. The vase is comprised of Wedgwood jasper ware in black and white coloration, having bas relief marsh grass and a gold band around the base. Created in a limited edition by Wedgwood, this one being vase 93 of 120, marked by maker on base. Beautiful condition with no chips or cracks as it has been displayed behind glass in a climate controlled environment. Measures approx. 8" in height.  Beautiful collector's item.
