Working condition, needs a new belt (easy to find on Etsy). Patented on Jan. 25, 1870. This model was made between 1870 and early 1920's. Known to every collector, the Willcox & Gibbs is arguably the most successful chain stitch machine of all time. This machine is in immaculate condition, comes with all the original accessories and original user manual as well as original newspaper advertisements. The cast iron stand is in pristine condition and the foot pedal works perfectly. The wood table has a rough spot on top which is barely noticeable. Table has a flip up extension. Two keys are included, one for the machine case and one for the accessory drawer. A true collector's item in beautiful condition!
