Bunny not included.  These were purchased in June 2021 but bunnies decided to multiply a little faster than expected and a female turned out to be a male.  These are suitable for dwarf rabbits, guinea pigs, etc. They are two storey with a ramp between floors and a pull out tray that catches droppings from top level.  No floor on bottom level.  If you have diggers, use some roof shingles as floor.  Waterproof roofs.  A few trim pieces were not installed properly and have fallen off but are included.  Overall condition is very good - these hutches are less than 2 months old.  Two bowl feeders included in each one.  No water bowls are included. Each one retails for $150
