Pool was filled up in Summer 2020 and used once.  You will need an air pump to inflate the top ring.  No rips or tears.  The bottom will need a hosing down to remove sand and dirt.  Chemicals included (chlorine tabs, super shock and chlorine dispenser). User manual included.  Filter works great and kept the pool clean all summer.  Nice little setup to cool off 4-5 kiddies or a few adults. MSRP was $289.00.  12' diameter and 36" high
