A most remarkable antique desk top rocking blotter, beautifully decorated and made from solid cast brass. Estimated to be circa late 1800's - early 1900's. The impressive detailed handle slides out to allow changing the blotting paper.  VERY RARE FIND!  No obvious damage to the piece but signs of use and age as expected, please look at images carefully.
