The case is finished in oak and is in fantastic condition. The glass door opens fully to allow full access to the dial, pendulum, and weights for ease of setting. There is a piper molding on each side of the door. There are raised brass numerals and a raised decorative dial. It has cloth vented upper sides for clarity of sound, along with paned glass below the center upper sides. The moon phase feature on this clock works perfectly. It is beveled glass. It comes with weights and a large brass pendulum. Overall,  this is an attractive and solid clock with no flaws and which has been meticulously maintained throughout the years. It chimes once every quarter hour, half hour, and hourly in Westminster chime as the day progresses.
