There is a crack on one side of the exterior of middle tier which can be easily repaired.  See third picture. This is a large fountain and heavy (but not concrete) standing a little over 5 feet tall.  There is no water pump included but these can be purchased online for a reasonable price.  Beautiful sandstone color.  This is a great opportunity to purchase a fountain for hundreds of dollars less than store prices.  A little TLC, add the water pump and this will once again be a very impressive fountain.
