SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON JEWELRY, CURRENCY and OTHER SMALL LOTS. Buyer pays shipping costs plus handling fee, typically $2-$10, plus insurance if shipment is valued over $100. Ask before bidding if not sure.

All items SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS.  We try to be as accurate as possible, so ask questions before bidding. Once you pay for it and receive it, you are considered to be a satisfied buyer and there are no returns, refunds or exchanges.

Please bring help to load heavy items. Please bring boxes and packing materials for your winning bids, sometimes we have time to pack things beforehand but not always. Thank you to all those who pay, pickup and communicate with us in a timely fashion, you make this so much easier, and gosh darn it, we like that!

If you are going to pay by cash, we will have change.  If paying by check, please make payable to Paradise Estate Sales. Typically we don't accept credit card payments on site, use the PAY NOW link in your invoice.

5. An Email With the Link To Your Invoice Will Be Sent Out After the Auction has Ended.

6. Check FINAL INVOICE to See Lots Won, Amount Owed, Pickup Location, and Pickup Date and Time.

8. IF (1) ITEMS ARE NOT PAID FOR WITHIN 72 HOURS AFTER AUCTION CLOSES or (2) ITEMS NOT PICKED UP OR SHIPPING PAID (IF APPLICABLE) WITHIN 30 DAYS: THEN ITEMS ARE FORFEITED BACK TO US.
