This car is to settle an estate.  The attorney for the estate is holding the title.  Our job is to sell it.

It has been sitting for 4-5 years.  I put a new battery in it and incredibly it started right up.

The check engine light is on and so is the break light (on dash)

The mileage is 53059.  This is the actual mileage.

Because this car has not been run I would not trust going very far in it until it has a complete check-up.  I'm not sure if it will make it to the end of my street.

There are some cosmetic issues, yet minor.  

As state, this is to settle an estate.  I have had it for 6 months awaiting a new title.  The attorney has the title in hand and will sign it over right away.

I will be collecting the funds and redistribute to the estate.

Sales tax will be collected by the Tag Office.

Any issues with the title (there shouldn't be any) will be the sole responsibility of the attorney.  (We are doing the selling only.)

So we now have better pictures.  The car needs a REALLY GOOD cleaning.  Sorry for the initial information calling it a 2005.  It is a 2003.  If this has an effect on the high bidder please let me know and I will have your top bid cancelled.

I really don't think the year is an issue.  This has incredibly LOW millage and at the price of gas today will be a great everyday driver.

Mandatory pickup is March 17th from 8-2PM.  If you miss this pickup date, I will gladly accept payment and hold until we can get together.   Starting March 18th I will be working on a 2 week project and will NOT be available for alternate pickup during this that time.
